Our cancellation policy

1. All cancellations will be subject to a £50 administrative fee.
2. If the cancellation is made more than 56 days before arrival, a full refund will be given.
3. If within 29-56 days of arrival the cancellation cost will be 50% of the full cost OR the full deposit, whichever is the greater.
4. If within 15-28 days, 75% of the full cost.
5. If within 1-14 days, 90% of the full cost.
6. If on arrival date or later, the full cost is required.
