A few things you should know...

1. The Old Manor Cottage sleeps 3 (but a double sofa bed in the sitting room would allow a max of 4 people).
2. Prices quoted are for 3 people with a supplement of £40 per week for a fourth person.
3. All linen and towels are provided.
4. The Old Manor Cottage does not accept pets.
5. The cottage is totally non-smoking.
6. Some of the beamed ceilings are low and the stairs are steep, making the cottage unsuitable for very tall people.
7. The prices quoted below are for a 7 night stay. Usually starting on a Friday.
8. Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 10:30am.
9. Short breaks may be available in low season and at other times on a last minute basis.
10. A deposit of 30% of the total price of the booking is required upon booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required for any booking made within 8 weeks of arrival.

Late cancellation insurance is recommended as the full cost may be payable in the event of a late cancellation.
